Refund policy

We hope you love every purchase from NL’IRE BODY.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Returns:

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be unopened and unused
• Be in their original packaging
• Be in a resaleable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of both the product and the packaging.

Refunds:

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
